I'd like to donate my 2020 registration fees to Parks and Recreation Department’s RE-Forest Houston program.
You realize that much goes into putting on an event and providing money to our charities is our primary reason for doing a race. We thank you for allowing us to keep your fees.

I'd like to defer my registration to the 2021 Tour de Houston.
You can defer your 2020 Tour de Houston to the 2021 event. Your registration information will automatically transfer over. If you purchased a t-shirt, your t-shirt order will defer as well.

I'd like a refund on my 2020 Tour de Houston registration fees (minus credit card processing fees).
Refunds for 2020 ride fees are available (less credit card processing fees). If a refund is requested, you will be removed from the race and your registration will not transfer to the 2021 Tour de Houston. If you purchased a shirt, the price you paid for the shirt (less credit card processing fees) will also be refunded and you will not be able to pick up your shirt at a later time.

Refund requests must be made no later than 11:59 p.m. on Friday, August 21, 2020. After this time all remaining registrations will be deferred to the 2021 Tour de Houston. There will be no exceptions.

Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to reflect on bank/credit card statements.
